Ever After Wedding Services, LLC (“we”, “us”) plans and coordinates weddings in Utah. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What this website collects
This website does not have accounts, contact forms or online payments. When you use Check Availability, your message is written in your browser and sent from your own messages or email app. We receive it only when you choose to send it.
The site does not use advertising trackers. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, for security and reliability.
What you share with us
When you text, call or email us, or book with us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your wedding date, venue, guest count, budget and plans
- Your chosen services, packages, décor and rental selections
- Payment status and records (payments are made outside this website)
How we use it
- To reply to you and check availability
- To plan, coordinate and deliver your wedding services
- To send confirmations, reminders and payment notices by text and email
- To keep business, tax and contract records
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the team members and suppliers who need it to deliver your wedding, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep. You can stop text messages by replying STOP.
